The Natalia braid collection brings together Tess Newall’s decorative painting with Volga Linen’s historic textile archives, drawing on a shared appreciation for pattern, colour and craftsmanship. Inspired by the tradition of Eastern European hand-embroidery, the collection offers a contemporary interpretation of a time honoured craft.
The Garland design carries a branch of blossom on a loose, meandering stem. Poppy brings a folky and romantic palette, weaving deep burgundy reds with dusty rose pinks.

Our Volga Linen x Tess Newall Natalia braids are embroidered in Portugal onto 100% Linen.
Due to being a natural fabric base, 100% Linen can have occasional ‘slubs’ in the weave which can create slight variations, these are part of the character of the product.
Care needs to be taken due to the embroidered nature of this trim, any abrasive surfaces may damage, pull or snag the threads.
We cannot guarantee an exact colour match between different batches of trim.

Samples are posted free of charge within the UK (2nd Class), within 1-2 working days. If you need your samples urgently, please select 1st Class or Express International at checkout.
Orders will be sent out within 2 working days. Please allow 7 working days for UK delivery and 2 weeks for international delivery, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
