Our Herbarium collection began as a hand-painted wallpaper. Inspired by the bedroom of 18th century Swedish botanist Carl Linnaeus’ home, Tess painted plant studies onto individual sheets of parchment paper and pasted them in an overlapping decoupage style. This bespoke project lead to our first wallpaper design.
Herbarium Wildflower Fabric brings the joy and colour of an English country meadow, and includes ferns, bluebells, primroses, forget-me-nots, strawberries and wild roses. Tess's original studies have been placed onto a textured cotton/linen base with a warm lime wash ground, creating a charming fabric to pair with our Herbarium wallpaper.

Our Herbarium fabric is printed in Lancashire, England, using high quality dyes on 90% Cotton / 10% Linen.
Due to being a natural fabric, Cotton/Linen can have occasional ‘slubs’ in the weave which can create slight variations, these are part of the character of the product. We cannot guarantee an exact colour match between different batches of fabric.

Samples are posted free of charge within the UK (2nd Class), within 1-2 working days. If you need your samples urgently, please select 1st Class or Express International at checkout.
Orders will be sent out within 2 working days. Please allow 7 working days for UK delivery and 2 weeks for international delivery, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
