SOMERSET MANOR HOUSE

Decoration of the entrance hallway of a manor house set within a rolling Somerset estate. Our brief was to incorporate the wildflowers which surround the house in a fresh and contemporary way. Sketch-like botanicals climb the stairwell and sprawl across the walls in a monochromatic palette, weaving in wild poppies, red clovers, birds foot trefoil and meadow cranesbill. The result is playful yet refined, artfully balancing tradition with modernity.
