ROTHES HOUSE

Decoration of the private dining room of Rothes House, a country house used to entertain guests of the Glenrothes Whiskey estate in the Scottish Highlands. In softly layered blue washes, the atmospheric scenic mural is inspired by the nature that surrounds the house. With the Burn of Rothes running through the landscape, the mural includes features particular to the estate, including the whiskey distillery, stone bothies and ancient fir trees.
