A traditional decoration, foliage adds softness to a room scheme by bringing the outside in. Hand-painted leaves work within architectural detailing in a charming way.

Our brief for this entrance hall was to create grandeur and character, and allow the eye-level walls to remain plain and light. We designed a woven willow trellis across the ceiling to give the feeling of walking into a light and airy garden room, with leaves tumbling down the walls.

Our brief for the drawing room of this medieval manor house was to create a mural which felt as though it has always been there. Our design drew inspiration from historic wall hangings, and the painting was rubbed back and given a textured glaze to create a look of years gone by.
